Carroll Organization names Teresa DeVos as Senior Vice President of Investments
Atlanta, GA – Carroll Organization, one of the country’s leading privately-held real estate companies focused on multifamily investment, management and development has named Teresa DeVos as Senior Vice President of Investments. In this capacity, Mrs. DeVos will be directly responsible for providing Investment Management oversight, including financial reporting, budgeting, execution of value-add strategies and business plan creation and implementation. She will also work closely with the senior management team to execute the acquisition and disposition strategies.

Mrs. DeVos spent more than ten years with the Pinnacle Cos as Executive Vice President in their Atlanta office, where she was responsible for acquisitions, asset management, disposition strategies and oversight of the property management operations in the Southeast. Prior to joining Pinnacle, she was an independent business owner specializing in valuation and advisory services to various real estate companies including Pinnacle, Citicorp, CMBS lenders and regional appraisal firms. Mrs. DeVos obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science Pre-Law and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance, both from the University of Central Florida.
