Carroll Organization Announces Recognition of Two Property Management Professionals
Atlanta, GA — Carroll Organization is proud to announce the recent recognition of two of our property management professionals. Jimmy Chestnut and Tracy Williams were both recognized at the recent Florida Apartment Association Education Conference held in Orlando.
The Florida Apartment Association works to ensure high property management standards, resident satisfaction and safety in Florida. The Association hosts this yearly conference to recognize industry professionals throughout the state.
Jimmy Chestnut, Regional Manager in the Tampa Bay area, was awarded with the Management Volunteer of the Year Award by the Tri-City Apartment Association. Jimmy is the current President for the Apartment Association and is dedicated and passionate about striving to help TCAA be the best it can be. He is highly respected by its members and the surrounding community and has a strong commitment to the apartment industry.
Tracy Williams, also a Regional Manager in Northern Florida, was presented with the Management Volunteer of the Year Award from the First Coast Apartment Association. For more than a decade, Tracy has worked in many different capacities to make a difference. Her excitement, enthusiasm and sense of possibility has gained her the role of "teacher" amongst her peers.
These nominations are brought before a selected nomination committee that makes the final decision based on participation, membership comments and productivity from each individual throughout the year. These prestigious awards, whose winners are chosen amongst hundreds of volunteers are the result of dedication and professionalism in each respected apartment association community.
